Tickets
Terms and conditions
Please read these before you book. When you buy a ticket from us, you agree to them.
No refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not give refunds or exchanges once your booking is confirmed, except if we cancel or reschedule the event (see section 4).
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every ticket bought on voicesofunity.co.uk for events run by Voices of Unity Events (“we”, “us”), including Melodies of Devotion IV at The Old Rep Theatre, Birmingham, on 3rd January 2027. You can contact us at contact.voicesofunity@gmail.com.
2. Buying tickets
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any booking fee. You pay by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Seats you choose are held for you for a short time while you book. If the time runs out, the seats are released for others.
- Your booking is confirmed once your payment goes through and your e-tickets are shown. Your receipt is emailed to you with a link back to your tickets.
- You can book up to 10 seats in one order.
- Please check your seats, dates and details before you pay. We cannot change a booking made in error.
3. Our no-refund policy
- All sales are final. We do not give refunds, exchanges or credit for any reason other than those in section 4.
- That includes, for example, if you change your mind, can no longer attend, are unwell, are delayed by travel, arrive late or book the wrong seats.
- Tickets for a leisure event on a specific date are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- If you cannot come, you may give your ticket to a friend or family member, as long as it is not sold for more than you paid (see section 5).
4. If the event is cancelled, moved or changed
- Cancelled: if we cancel the event, we will refund the price you paid for your tickets to the card you used.
- Rescheduled: if we move the event to a new date or venue, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 14 days of our announcement and we will refund you.
- Changes on the night: performers, the running order and timings may change. A change to the line-up does not give a right to a refund unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
- We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you have paid.
5. Your e-tickets
- Each seat has its own e-ticket with a QR code. Show it on your phone or printed at the door. Each code can be scanned once only.
- Keep your tickets private. If a ticket has been copied, only the first person to arrive with it will be admitted.
- Tickets may not be resold for more than their face value, or sold as part of a commercial offer. We may cancel tickets that are, without a refund.
- Child tickets are for under-16s. We may ask for proof of age, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
6. At the venue
- Doors open at 3.30pm and the event runs from 4pm to 8pm. Please arrive in good time. Latecomers may have to wait for a suitable moment to be seated.
- You must follow the venue’s rules and the instructions of our team and the venue’s staff. Bags may be checked.
- We or the venue may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.
- The event may be photographed and filmed for Voices of Unity Events. By attending, you agree that you may appear in our photos and videos.
- Wheelchair spaces are available. Please email us to book one.
7. Our responsibility to you
- We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings at the event.
- Except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your tickets.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Your information
We use your name, email and phone number to process your booking, send your tickets and contact you about the event. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not sell your details.
9. General
- We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you booked.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
